Chia Pudding – Easy Diabetic Friendly Dessert at Home
I have never come across a pudding which is so tasty and healthy at the same time. Plus no sugar !! How Amazing is that !!
It’s really easy to make and is a NO-COOK Recipe so the kids can make it themselves and Enjoy.
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 + 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Date Paste
- 1/4 Cup Strawberries or other fruit of your choice.
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined except the fruits.
Allow it to sit overnight or 1 hour if you have less time to soak completely except fruits
Divide it into serving Bowls and garnish each serving with berries or your favorite fruits. Enjoy.
